Start your Class in Shavasana, yoga's Relaxation pose, guided through an Awareness practice and Ujjayi Pranayama, Svaroopa® yoga's primary breathing practice.
Follow up with Asanas/poses, to release core tensions from tip to the top of your spine.
End with 15 mins Guided Awareness.
